HAVE GOOD CHRISTIAN FRIENDS

Hi all, today we will be learning about the importance of Christian friends.

Coming from different religious background initially I did not have many Christian friends but just one. This one friend's testimony was the reason I got attracted to Jesus and from their my journey into Christianity began.

Why having Christian friends is important?

Because we don't have much knowledge about Christianity, that's the one reason.

Secondly, we will need people to pray for us.

Thirdly, your friends are going to be your best teachers. Your gonna learn about Jesus through church. You will only listen good things in church, that Jesus is mighty, kind, great God, God wants to bless you, God is this, God is that.....but the reality is different. And the church's all around the world fail to address it. I suppose they don't like to talk about it.

Demonic attacks, that's the reality. Evil spirits are very powerful and can work in ways that can leave us marveled. You have no idea how many different kinds of evil spirits exists and how treacherously they work. Church will never never tell you this, yes there's a God who says he watches you without a sleep and a slumber but there's also a devil who does the exact same thing and that too he does that very diligently. One small gap and the  devil enters your life and thrashes it. There's an army of his spirits watching over you and always busy plotting evil schemes against you.

Demonic attacks happen and you have to be prepared for that. Evil spirits are so sadistic that they rejoice when they see you crying. It satisfies their souls.

Have a friend whom you can talk freely. Express your feelings and with whom you can share anything. Often new Christian believers are attacked in such a way that their guilt of sin kills them from inside. Your ex might come into your dreams, you may involve in sex with them in those dreams, this is one common kind of demonic attack. Dreams with very abusive and mind disturbing sexual perplexities is another kind. We feel shy to talk about them and fall into the pit of guilt and confusion. Often demons release satanic power over our bodies through such dreams. Even though it is a dream when we wake up it leaves a negative power over our bodies and this power holds us from concentrating on anything, be it our studies, work, relationships. You fail to do the things in which you used excel before. It can leave a feverish kind of sensation on your body, but when you check your temperature it shows normal. There are a million kinds of such demonic attacks. That's why we need to have good Christian friends.

Fourth- You must have heard the story of a lonely sheep. The sheep away from it's flock is vulnerable, always the best target of devil because it is easy to attack. 

Christians are also going to attack you. Yes don't be shocked. Not everybody coming to church is pure and holy spirit anointed. There are people possessed by evil spirits and they also come to church regularly like us.

One day my friends uncle walked towards me after the church session was finished and he said, God told me to tell this to you, "God is asking you to consider me your brother and he wants me to guide you in your Christian walk, so from now on you will talk to me and will follow my guidance alone". I hated what he said, I was naive and believed all that to be true. I stopped going to church. Told my friend about it. She didn't respond to it. Thankfully my senior pastor interfered and then he explained to me that it was a demonic attack. That's why I am telling you to have "GOOD CHRISTIAN FRIENDS". Regardless of the age make good Christian friends. My senior pastor is still my best friend. He is a friend, a brother, a father figure, a mentor and truly my we'll wisher. I share everything with him, about spiritual life, personal life, my relationships, my problems, everything. He's an old man now, so I don't disturb him much, also I think I have reached that level of stability in life, where I am no more naive and I can solve my problems myself.

Good friends can be a boon for your Christian walk. I used to have a group of Christian friends who would join in prayers every evening and when they prayed for me. I instantly received an anointing from God.  The "TOUCH OF GOD" that's what they said it was. 

Your good friends are going to make positive confessions over you which will put supernatural powers to work. Our words have power, indeed this happens. Well, positive confessions might take time to manifest, but anything negative out of your mouth will manifest immediately. The reason is devil is ruling the earth. So never confess anything negative, not about yourself, not about anybody else.

Sometimes friends in Christian circle get annoying a bit because they think having fun is SIN. Going to a movie is sin, going to parties is demonic, talking to non-believers is a big sin to them. Listening to normal music is sin. Missing youth service is sin. We'll that's not all true. I still listen to Ed Sheeran, I still listen to Justin Bieber's baby song, I am a fan of Selena Gomez and I have a long playlist of my favorite Indian Bollywood songs. It's ok to have your personal space while maintaining relationship with Christian friends. Some movies and songs release satanic power so you have to be careful. Anything which has extreme nudity avoid it immediately. Any song which has wrong words like f...k, avoid it.
